IWNET disliked by Internet Providers
Some American players reported, that they got contacted by their ISP for breaking the terms of use for their ISP contract. They have been accused for "excessive file sharing over a p2p network". The culprit for that is IW's new match making system IW.NET, which runs over peer-2-peer connection, just like file sharing tools for example.

Infinity Ward has not yet released a statement, but there are alot of angry players raging over at the offical CoD forums.

This could also affect users in european countries, who's ISPs have similar terms of use in their contracts.
